How it works

Submit your request
Complete the request form with your preferred dates and a few details about the practice. We recommend giving us at least 4-6 weeks notice so we can get the right person booked in.
We take it from there
Once we receive your form, the marketing team will be in touch to confirm your date and send you everything you need to prepare for the visit.
